I often get asked lots of questions about boston terriers - allergies, breed specific issues, training, breeding etc. I wanted to caveat everything I say by explaining that I am not an expert on boston terriers at all. Everything I know has been learned and absorbed from other boston terrier owners who have much more expertise and experience with dogs and boston terriers. Pokey is my first dog and my first boston terrier. Everything I share is based on my personal experiences with raising Pokey and handling any issues that we face. I’m happy to share my experience with Pokey in case it helps others, but I definitely do not want to portray myself as an expert! I’m always learning how to handle issues myself.
